I've been a blog reader for a bit, I've been a herd emailer, and now I am beginning my new identity as a blogger. Please bear with me as a figure this whole thingy out.
Here are some fun pictures which summarize what I've been up to for the past month or so: having a family reunion, hanging out with my cool yoga doing nieces, hanging out with my groupies (note that I and my niece and nephew are all wearing "Aunt Linda Farewell Tour 2007" T-shirts. My nephew is modeling the back of it, and my niece the front. If you could read the back, you could see where I've been making appearances on my tour since May. There are lots of fun pictures that I would like to share, but I'm going to try to keep my blogs brief and readable.
I'm now in Minneapolis getting oriented to my new job, so to speak. I'm still quite excited about it. I heard a conversation in Otjiherero for the first time in 4 years. It was music to my ears. Please don't ask how much I understood of it. Alas, I am optimistic that it will all come back one of the good days.
